  Tier 1 - 256 bit AES encryption on user's computer.
  Tier 2 - 128 bit SSL encryption during transfer.

• Backup Unlimited PCs Online

  File Backup lets you backup as many computers as needed using one account. All your PCs are easily managed without juggling multiple accounts. File Backup does not charge additional fees for each PC, making File Backup the most affordable way to backup your business.

  
• File Backup Stores Unlimited Versions of Your Online Backup

  Keep an unlimited version history of all your files. Roll back your books to last year's tax records if you wish. Use our time machine feature to go back to the date you want to restore your backup as of and recover that snapshot of files and versions.

• File Backup's Live Protect Feature

  Enable File Backup's Live Protect feature on your critical files for around the clock protection. The Live Protect feature automatically backs up the file when it detects a change from the previous version. When you need to access the file, whether it be from another computer or share it with a colleague, the latest version is always available.

• Enterprise Compression

  The File Backup compression system only backs up the files you change. This means that only changed 1's and 0's are transferred. On a 500 MB database (MYOB/Intuit/Turbo Tax), the daily transfer can be as small as 5 KB. Our transfer system is enterprise grade, meaning that large file transfers are resumed at the KB of interruption and do not start at the beginning like most online backup systems.

• Physical Media Upload

  If you have over 50GB of data to backup, the initial backup session can take days - even with a fast internet connection. File Backup's exclusive PMU technology lets you "seed" your backup by sending your encrypted data on an external hard disk.
  
  Alternatively, we can send you a hard disk overnight and you can copy your backup to that disk. After that, just the binary that are changed will be transferred, meaning your daily backup takes just minutes.

  The File Backup system ensures complete privacy protection. File Backup uses a three-tiered encryption system that encrypts data on the user's computer 256AES, in transit 128bit SSL and finally 1024bit AES when at rest in storage.
  
  File Backup uses an encryption process that protects your data stored on the server from even File Backup's engineers. Only the user who put it there can ever access the data. Unlike other online backup companies, where data is neither encrypted on your machine, nor stored as encrypted data, File Backup can prevent even employees of the company from accessing stored data.
